It is 20'' long x 5.5'' thick x 12.5'' wide with a vinyl cover that has ultra durable foam designed for heavy punch and kick strikes. The Tombstone Shield has Two(2) elastic arm bands centered on the back and Four(4) handles provide a sure-grip every workout and is sold individually.
