This ultra stable heavy bag suspension system is ideal for practicing powerful strikes. Able to hold up to a 100 lb. bag, the Cornerman features six height adjustments from 72 inches to 102 inches making it ideal for any heavy bag, including muay thai bags, with legs that extend 7.5-feet from the corner. Bag not included.
